Monday and today,
DL - 135# x 5 ; 155# x 5 ; 165# x 5
Goblet squat - 16 kg x 5 x 3 , alternated with DL

Bent Press - 16kg x 3/3 ; 24kg x 1/1 x 2

Club swinging and leveraging

today, Z, leg lowering, toe-touch, thoracic rotation.
also did a couple bends with 3/16" SQ and gripper COC #T
