Pretty good day bending, bars and horseshoe. Finally got the other used shoe that was stuck at 90 out to past 180. Still no luck moving the UL #00 past 90. My thigh is now nicely bruised, going to do some contrast therapy on it.

PJ post a video of your form for your shoes, your doing something wrong, thats why its sticking. UL#00 is nothing, you should be ripping them open.
I am very pleased to see you running with grip! i am sure your seeing how stronger hands make everything else strong. Never let a pickle jar laugh at you again! Let me know if you need anything else. Also if you want i will open a big shoe up and mail it to you for ISOs
thanks Adam, I'll try to get some vid of me cranking on the UL. Glad you think it's technique. I figured it was just too much metal for me at this point. I may take you up on that big shoe.
