5 secs makes a considerable difference

TGU - 24kg x 2/2 x 3 , these don't seem to get much easier, but just enough.

Snatches - 24kg x 2/2 x 15 , top of each minute. Last week was 1:05 rest. I could feel the difference in the rest of that extra 5 secs. But still recovered pretty good between sets.

wrist roller - 30# , extension , 2 sets of 2 rolls
35# , flexion , 2 sets of 2 rolls , that loading pin is working out great.

on your wrist roller work- DO you have the roller supported or are you holding it? you need to support it, it makes a 50lbs difference. My roller is set to 150 right now, and theres no way i could do without the cross bar.

i will email you a picture to explain what i mean tomorrow

it is supported. I put a bar across my rings, works pretty well. I've gone a little heavier in the past and it was great my forearms felt like balloons but took me too long to recover. I'll play around with weight , sets, and reps though now that you've mentioned it. thanks for the advice.

Even though I am in the business, I am amazed at how proper nutrition is vital for performance. Simply using Catalyn from Standard Process, my strength is returning, attitude is better and all I can think about is pushing Kettle Bells.

This is week three of back in training and I can already see a huge difference. I'll continue the current program for one more week and then change it up. Program suggestions are welcome.
