Double MP - 16kg's x 5 x 2 - These were pretty easy. Depending on how I feel after a full wk of training I may add some sets
Swings - 2-16's in one hand x 5/5 x 2

Pullups 20# x 5,4,3,3,2


Gripper work.

Ordered some 1/4" HRS today.
